All service bookings must be made in advance through our online platform, phone, or official communication channels.
Prices for services are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). We accept mobile money, debit/credit cards, or direct bank transfers.
All payments must be made in full before the service is delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may not qualify for a refund. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
VitalCare does not offer emergency medical services. In case of emergency, contact 999 or your nearest hospital.
Our staff are trained professionals. We ensure background checks, qualifications, and compliance with the Ministry of Health standards.
You must provide accurate health information and ensure a safe environment for our caregivers and staff during service delivery.
By engaging our services, you give informed consent for care or treatment to be administered.
Services are subject to availability and geographic reach. Certain remote areas may incur additional charges or be excluded.
We do not guarantee medical outcomes or healing. Our services support well-being but do not replace professional medical advice.
All content, logos, images, and materials on vitalcare.co.ke are the property of VitalCare and may not be used without written consent.
We may communicate with you via SMS, email, or phone regarding bookings, updates, and promotional content. You may opt out anytime.
